SaunaPremium is a premium home sauna brand built around one belief: a sauna shouldn't be a once-a-month luxury — it should be a daily ritual. We design and ship indoor infrared and outdoor traditional steam cabins to homes across the United States, with every cabin engineered to be installed, used, and trusted for fifteen-plus years.

We're a small team operating out of Missoula, Montana. We started SaunaPremium because the home-sauna category had become a maze of identical-looking cabins, vague specs, and "Low EMF" claims with no measurements behind them. We wanted to ship a smaller line — five carefully picked cabins instead of fifty — with real numbers on every spec, real glass, real Nordic Spruce, and a support phone number you could actually call.

How we picked the lineup

The SaunaPremium catalog is intentionally narrow. Five cabins, three categories, no overlap:

Indoor infrared (1 cabin) — the Copenhagen Ultra-Low EMF Series for daily plug-and-play use on a standard 120V household outlet.
Outdoor traditional barrel (2 cabins) — the Horizon (4-person) and Grand Horizon (4–6 person) for the authentic Finnish löyly ritual.
Outdoor traditional cube (2 cabins) — the Mono (1–2 person, compact) and the Obsidian (4–6 person, premium) for modern architectural footprints.

Every other configuration we test gets cut. If a cabin doesn't earn its place at one of those five points on the price/capacity/use-case grid, it doesn't ship.

What “Ultra-Low EMF” actually means at SaunaPremium

Most "Low EMF" claims in the infrared category are unverified marketing language. For our Copenhagen series, we publish the spec: dual-layer carbon panels with reverse-current windings, shielded internal wiring, and verified bench-surface readings under 3 milligauss. Premium Canadian Hemlock for indoor cabins, kiln-dried Nordic Spruce for outdoor, marine-grade asphalt-shingle roofs, stainless steel hardware. No MDF, no plywood interior, no synthetic finishes.

Daily-use engineering

Every cabin is engineered for daily sessions, not occasional use. That means verified Ultra-Low EMF on infrared, properly-sized stoves on traditional, and a power profile that fits real homes.

The shipping & install side

Saunas ship as palletized freight from our distribution partners. Free shipping on every order in the contiguous United States; surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard service is curbside delivery; threshold and white-glove options are available at checkout where the carrier supports them.

For outdoor cabins, you'll need a level foundation (poured concrete or compacted gravel) and — for the steam models — a 240V dedicated circuit with a licensed electrician. Our complete installation guide walks through every step before delivery day.
